This site collects very little. This page explains exactly what it does collect, why, and who else touches it.
Last updated 15 August 2026. This policy covers protectthecube.com and the forms on it. It does not cover the systems Cube IT works in during a client engagement, which are governed by the agreement signed for that engagement.
Two forms on this site collect information, and both are optional. The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, phone number and a message. The shorter form at the bottom of most pages asks for your name, work email, company and phone number.
We use what you send to respond to your enquiry and to continue the conversation. We do not use it to build a marketing profile, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a contact form.
This site is built and hosted on Webflow. Like any web host, Webflow records standard server information when a page is requested, including IP address, browser type and the pages visited. Webflow also sets cookies required for the site to function.
Form submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguishes people from automated bots. Turnstile receives technical signals from your browser as part of that check.
No advertising or remarketing pixels. There is no Meta pixel, no LinkedIn tag and no Google Ads tag on this site.
No third-party analytics. At the time of writing this site runs no Google Analytics or comparable tracking script.
No selling or renting of personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
No cross-site tracking of your activity after you leave.
If any of that changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live.
Webflow hosts this site and stores form submissions. Cloudflare provides the bot check on those forms. Cube IT uses ordinary business email and productivity tools to read and reply to enquiries. Each of these providers handles information under its own terms, and we share only what is needed for them to do that job.
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation. If you ask us to delete what you sent, we will delete it and confirm when it is done.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Info@ProtectTheCube.com and tell us what you need. You can also browse this site without submitting anything at all, and most browsers let you block or clear cookies.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to what we collect or who we share it with will be described here rather than made quietly.
